First of all, this Photoshop class was amazing. I've never had so much fun in a computer class before. Certainly there are things I didn't like or things I would change for future classes, but that happens with all things.
My favorite project had to be the spooky project where we made a monster out of another classmate. I enjoyed the competition against Jena Brotherton to see who could make the other a better monster. Mine turned out rather well, if I do say so myself. The project was extremely involved including brushes, layer styles, selections, and masks which made it all the more entertaining.
I wish that we didn't have to do the popout project. It wasn't as helpful as other projects, and I felt it was dull. There wasn't enough creative independence involved in it like having another picture in the background instead of a gradient. Plus, the whole project was just following steps from a PDF file.
Of all the skills we could learn in Photoshop, I would have liked to learn how to trace and edit original, hand-drawn photos. This would have certainly helped me come this summer when I begin editing my own drawings to sell.
I loved this class, Mrs. Skinner, and I wish I could take another class with you next semester. Alright? Alright.
